Coordination Notice

Rural Exports LLC coordinates and manages client engagements and the provider network each engagement requires. We analyze, plan, coordinate, and oversee execution, and the client works through one point of contact.

Services requiring licensing, registration, authorization, or other regulatory qualification are performed by providers legally authorized to perform them, not by Rural Exports. Where motor-carrier transportation must be arranged, Rural Exports procures it through a provider legally authorized to perform that service, which performs carrier selection and transportation arrangement under its own authority. Rural Exports does not act as a motor carrier, freight broker, freight forwarder, ocean transportation intermediary, customs broker, law firm, or accounting firm.

Providers are independent businesses. Rural Exports remains accountable for coordination and management of the engagement; each provider remains responsible for the services it performs.

Commercial and payment treatment is governed by the written engagement agreement, which states the structure that applies to that engagement. Rural Exports acts as importer of record or exporter of record only where that role is expressly agreed in writing for a specific engagement.
